Really good Central Stay

central location plentiful breakfast friendly staff quiet room
The hotel's location is central, very convenient for reaching shops, eateries, and transport. The breakfast was plentiful and included items for different tastes. I found friendly staff . The room was quiet, allowing restful sleep..
I noticed slight wear in the bathroom fittings, though everything was fully functional.
Rooms
9/10
My room had a king-size bed with bedside tables and lamps, a desk with a chair, and wardrobe space. The room featured blackout curtains ensuring a dark environment for sleep and climate control. A small seating area completed the space.
Location
9/10
The hotel is positioned within walking distance of the main shopping areas and various dining options. Public transportation stops are close, and provide access to attractions. The waterfront is a short walk.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast includes a buffet with hot and cold options. Expect to see eggs, sausages, bacon, cereals, pastries, yogurts, and fruits. The dining area has ample seating, with attentive staff.
Service
10/10
The front desk is staffed 24/7 offering assistance with luggage storage and directions. Check-in was swift, and the staff members were competent. They quickly addressed my questions.

Service Was Subpar, Some Issues

faulty air conditioning multiple fire alarms
The location was pretty good for exploring the city.
The fire alarm went off multiple times. I think they needed more than one try to sort it out. The air conditioning was not good. I paid extra for a hotel with a cool room, but it was hot and stuffy.

Acceptable but Flawed Stay

faulty socket chaotic breakfast
The hotel location offered convenient access to the town center, good.
The parking situation was not ideal. It was hard to find late at night. My room's bedside socket did not work properly, annoying. Breakfast was chaotic and tables were not cleared promptly. It was not a relaxing experience.
