My stay was generally good. The reception staff were quick, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the BBQ burger was lovely, however the room service experience could have been improved.

The location was perfect for exploring Plymouth! The staff were incredibly helpful, and our room was spotless. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice! We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. Fantastic value!
